If you go to LunaPic n click on Animation there is Mirror Dance n also Jittery Blur  that will shake your pix up n a lot of other fun stuff there to try.  

I have seen some members have shaking pictures in their sections and I did see at luna you can do that, I don't remember where at luna. but maybe a member can help
