Is there any way to make a bulletin accesible to everyone so that those not on my friends list can read them? Or, in other words, so I can read a bulletin posted by someone whose page is private?
It's just part the program of the site,. You May send a friends request to anyone you'd like to see their bulletins.
I wish we had a choice...another good way to make friends...just saying.
Bulletins are only seen by friends.
