You will not get comments from thoes who are blocked. you can also set your page to where only friends can leave comments.
Go to settings and then account settings see where it says only friends can comment on my page click that and it stops all who are not friends to leave a comment
Privacy Settings:
Only friends can view my profile Only friends can post comments on my profile Don't allow HTML on my guestbook comments
