deep diving, water skiing, snow sledding, hiking, photography, art, crafting (bead jewelry), aromatherapy, creative cookery, bird watching, gardening, spray painting red folk walking out of exotic furriers, spirituality~~~ remembering and loving every pet i have ever had. all blackbirds including crows, ravens, magpies, buzzards and jays are very industrious, social and illustrious, clever, intelligent and extremely energetic birds tuned into all of nature including people and other creatures that seem to thrive and make the most of their lives. so, i admire and respect them A LOT. it has been said if you are kind to these birds they will be loyal friends if opportunity arises; however, if you are cruel to them, watch out!; they are clever and use tools and may just burn your house down and this comes from ancient european folk lore through those people of long ago that had the time to observe such things. Above, this animated graphic symbolizes what i and many others who want peace on this, highly evolved technologically now, earth wish all great empires and religions of the world would understand. below, is dedicated to Jose Arguelles who passed in 2011. He was the author a loved book mine MANDALA i got at age 15 and grew from spiritually toward oneness with nature and nature conservation. Arguelles was the founder of EARTH DAY in 1987. I grew spiritually from the Bible, Metaphysical Meditations by Paramesha Yogananda and other books and lots of music too. I will always be indebted to Jose, his music, his philosophy and his spirituality. On that note it can't go without mention ~~~BUCKMINSTER "BUCKY" FULLER IS MY HERO!!! ;D ~enjoy! yes my page is covered with blackbirds, crows and buzzards. it's not a big deal really; i like all wild creatures. i especially like crows because i see in them an undying spirit to survive and be cheerful no matter what the weather. no matter what~ the crows always find a way to be happy and are smart and social birds. this is a good thing and there is nothing wrong with liking these creatures. i like all nature. i was born in 1955 and turned 55 October (2010)~ so as a baby boomer 55 was my monumental year. i also celebrated 30 years in 2020 as a registered and licensed Massage Therapist. i have held my practice in a physical rehab hospital, spas, resorts, the unique "Hall of Waters" antiquated spa in a gorgeous Art Deco style building which was one of the 10 big projects of President Roosevelt in Excelsior Springs, Missouri ~BEAUTIFUL!. I then went on to rent a building and have a much more personalized ambiance for my precious clients of which some i had had since the hospital days 15 years prior. I then went on sabbatical, sadly leaving my clients/friends really to do some 'self healing.' i chose to move to the Branson MO area and nest myself in the quiet hills surrounded with crystal clear streams, springs and lakes to enhance the kind of healing that suited me. Six years later it is still a work in progress. i do miss my clients and life's work. i always wanted work that i loved so it wouldn't seem like work and love helping people relax and heal. I was in several newspaper articles about my style of work and gave educational talks at a local school, the Excelsior Springs Ladies Club and for the Kiawanas Club and taught whole families how to give each other therapeutic treatments within their homes. It's January 2018 and i am working again, part time after years of broken bones and healing, finally i can once again be the vehicle to help others heal theirselves again! My dogs are my kids. I didn't have human children because doctors messed up on a procedure but we won't go there. Below is two memorial pictures i made and then below that is my current dog. She is nine now. As you can see by the dates on Sydney, she lived to be almost 17!!!!! ~Enjoy! This is my husband, David (bullydad) he really only comes on here to play card games, especially Cribbage lol. i think his grandson Ryan looks a lot like him, don't you? ;) Ryan is 13 now. i enjoy praising creation of the planet i live on Earth and being deeply rooted with feet in inner earth and with my hands in the Milky Way. i practice reiki and am a light worker. i love my savior Christ Jesus and look forward to afterlife journeys according to Urantia Book. i enjoy archetypes especially in ancient and primitive cultures and such as the word light which can be traced back to all these: Christ, Krisha and crystal.. i always pray for healing every human, every creature and everywhere. i know and am persuaded in my heart of hearts that it is needed so badly! Especially now in the fast pace of the world we now exist. i study the Urantia Book and have since age 15. i also carried out the cleansing process in the book "the essene gospel of peace." i meditate and practice tai chi and use the book "Metaphysical Medications" by Paramahansa Yogananda. i saved an elderly lady from a burning house that exploded when i was 24, running through the crowd as the house burned that was in the front yard and into the backyard to find the back door exploded off and her laying in front of the sink in the kitchen through the fire laced door. The next day i formed a donations for her at a bank in Wichita.. i was 24 then. when i was 4 i saved a 2 year old from a nest of hornets when everyone else ran away afraid. i just covered my face and dragged him on his diaper home (he was too heavy to pick up). the doctors said "one more sting and he would have died and that it was really a miracle he survived with stings covering his entire body. oddly, i received not one sting during the process of getting him away from their nest. sometimes i wonder about him. his name was Wesley Hart and his big brother, Robert Hart (an ornery little boy lol) who was six and was my best friend. i also saved my own life by not panicking (or you could say by maintaining my 'equanimity' when dragged 60 feet straight down at about 10 miles per hour in the lake when the ski rope caught on my heel when i wiped out, showing off, slolam skiing. when i got slack i was straight down 60 feet under the boat, took the rope off and swam up for my life. two inches before i reached the surface i took in water so i did surface sputtering and burping up a lot of lake water but i was proud of my brave nature and ability not to panic when in life and death situations and always will be :). Truthfully i think people die of fear more than anything else, but it is just from my own personal life experiences that led me to that. i enjoy photography of nature creatures and landscapes. i especially like to capture shadows and fog.. to show the fog at dawn as it really looks and the sunrises that follow, especially on the lakes i live around. i enjoy skin diving with my goggles and fins exploring the awesome ozark rock reefs, trolling boat along the shores surprising unsuspecting wildlife and observing ..and if lucky capturing a photo! :) i most enjoy boating and water skiing. i was in the Ecology Movement at the age of 15, also, i went through the most violent of the bussing integration/segregation years in junior high school 1967-70 and was the only white person invited to be in a normally all-black social club in junior high school. i believe this happened because people sense prejudice and my mother always taught me to never judge a book by it's cover or a person by the color of their skin. i would say at our club meetings "hey we all have the same color of blood." Their affection and respect for me has meant a lot to me throughout my life and wish i could tell them now how much their trust and respect shaped my discernment.. i am so grateful to them all for choosing me as they did! ~*~>* DO YOU REMEMBER WHEN? All the girls had ugly gym uniforms? It took five minutes for the TV warm up? Almost everyone's Mom was at home when the kids got home from school? When a quarter was a decent allowance? Your Mom wore nylons that came in two pieces? You got your windshield cleaned, oil checked, and gas pumped, without asking, all for free, every time? Laundry detergent with a towel hidden inside the box? It was considered a great privilege to be taken out to dinner at a real restaurant with your parents? They threatened to keep kids back a grade if they failed ~and they did? No one ever asked where the car keys were because they were always in the car, in the ignition, and the doors were never locked? Lying on your back in the grass with your friends and saying things like, "That cloud looks like a..." for hours? Playing baseball with no adults to help kids with the rules of the game? Stuff from the store came without safety caps and seals because no one had yet tried to poison a perfect stranger? Remember playing jacks, Ben Franklin store.. then a few years later the Super Ball!!!? Did you ever throw a super ball down as hard as you could over and over getting it higher and higher and wind up late for dinner because of it? ;D Remember when skate boards had metal wheels ~four wheels even!? And with all our progress, don't you just wish, just once, you could slip back in time and savor the slower pace, and share it with the children of today? When being sent to the principal's office was nothing compared to the fate that awaited at home lol? We were in fear for our lives, but it wasn't because of drive-by shootings, drugs, gangs, etc. Our parents and grandparents were a much bigger threat! But we survived because their love was greater than the threat? The milk man (did you have a milk deliverer or go to a dairy to get your milk, cream and butter? Did you trade fruits from your fruit trees with neighbors that had different fruit trees than yours so everybody had every fruit all summer? Summers filled with bike rides, baseball games, Hula Hoops, bowling and visits to public beaches with big black rubber tires all over that were free to use and diving boards that had a big rope to swing out on, along side, and the always faithful "Snack Bar"? Do you remember when LEE Jeans were American made? Do you remember when Sam Walton owned Walmart and it was a proud American franchise? The gas wars of the 80s and then the unions losing and all the sad workers who's incomes were cut in half in less than one week? boy howdy i do! i worked with a lot of them. no longer were their wallets fat on friday night and were they going out and having fun. but we made it through those times and i hope since some would like to have us revisit those times and have us fight for our skin all over that we won't have to and we will beat these rich people (this time out-and-out blatantly sending our jobs overseas!) down again. Remember when Radio Shack was a cool place to go buy electronics and Shandy's leather kits? Anything made in America lasted a long time and nobody wanted to buy anything made in China that was an appliance? Do you remember The Victory Gardens? ~maybe not... that was WWI ans WWII ~but we need them back NOW more than ever, ever before.
