Pangainoon Uechi-Ryu Kung Fu I am a 7th Dan Black belt. I love all stringed instruments, hunting fishing, riding my horses, my quads my jeep, I have to be outdoors
As most people I love life and all it has to offer,I live for every minute. I am never idle. My favorite activities are playing my guitars, mandolin and banjo and writeing songs ( 12 string guitar is my favorite ). I can't stay away from stringed instruments. Then there is working out. I'm a 7th Dan Black belt in Pangai-noon Uechi-Ryu karate and have a very strict regement. 300 sit ups/crunches in one setting sometimes in about 10 minutes, 2100 weight lifts a week along with other martial arts activity.
I also love being outdoors, on the water and around my animals, especially my horses, and all my animals love me. Hunting, fishing, boating riding my horses and quads.
I keep myself in good shape and I roll like thunder, always on go. Nicotine, alcohol, and viagra free..now that's funny. Well that should do it I think.
