my desire by valerie Oh the desire upon my soul, to wander into a waterfall, and feel the water flowing over me, To be in seclusion with nature, and breath the air around me, knowing the creators love surrounds me. As the sunlight sends its glimmer through the trees And the fragrance of the mos and flowers mingle with the air. I feel the peace, of total oneness with creation. I ponder this spot in my mind and heart: and in moments of complete despair, I often picture myself with someone I love there. I can close my eyes and see it, and it calls me to be still and rest in the knowing, here in this the place is no ill will. Here beneath the sound of the falls, I enter into a place of rest. And even when night falls, I feel the warmth from love Around me, and I know God has truly found me. The waterfall cleanses me of the past, and revives me with a Knew found hope of the future: and washes off all the past. The angels invite me to partake with them in the wondrous gift of gentleness and peace, of joy so profoundly deep. A mist of sorts fills the air and I see my Creator standing there. He reaches out with his scared hand and lets me know he loves Me just as I am. No lecture, no judgements here, just the Love of God that washes away every fear. Soon my being is filled with warmth, and I rest in the knowing I have been touched by the loving hand of a Father, who only wants for me the beauty of this place, and his love. I can breathe a new and in so doing now can better Love YOU..
