Yes--you're getting an epidural steroid shot. 'Epidural' just means a tailbone shot. Within about 2 days (if not almost immediate) you get relief. My insurance covers the treatments, but as I said, I still end up with copays & some some bigger bills til I meet my deductible--which is $800 & usually met by July. They use the X-ray to guide into the spine. But since you're lying face down, you don't see the machine, the image, the needles. Just nice soothing voices & background music. And the epidural procedure is very quick. Takes more to get ready for it than the actual process happening. Hoping for the absolute best outcome for you.(hugs) Cyndi ps since I'm having an autumn get=together this Sat, I will be getting my seasonal pumpkins & gourds for the front porch this week. It's been so warm though. They may go bad more quickly & I might need new by October.

Hello Darlene! we ended up with an inch and a half of rainfall yesterday, over several hours, so a good slow rain, which we needed so badly, it's been way back in June (IF I remember right) since we had a little bit of rain. Nothing for today, going to hit around 103 for a high though. Looks like we'll be having those temps a lttle longer. I go to the stores and all the warm clothes for winter are out...it's hard to think I should buy something for COLD weather when it's still in the 100's here! LOL! I hope you enjoy the weekend ahead!

But my sister has put it back until hopefully January ,as her daughter who has been here all summer with us and has herself gone back to OZ for a while where her boyfriend just proposed .(She Said Yessss)

she wants us to maybe go out in Jan instead now .So we have to see .

its all up in the air at the moment .

I should have been going ireland as well 

but for other reasons  that did not happen either .

but i will eventually visit both countries ,once the timings are right .

Those squirrels would sure love them acorns.

They get a little pesty sometimes  thinking im some peanut factory.They are constantly hanging around cause i have my door  open for air. 

Those squirrels have to be  careful of the Hawks

Did you know when they go to sleep they never are sleeping .A part of them shuts dowm at nighttime and they sleep up in the trees 

 They all sleep together  during the colder weather   and always there is a squirrel below   that is always  alone at night .He is the dominant one.

They make dreys   up in the trees  thats their  place of rest

They have to be alert never knowing what to expect. 

  Im suprised at how fast them hawks are ..

The lady at walgreens  saw a hawk swoop down and carry off a squirrel.  They have HUGEEEEEEEE wings. 

They are  in our neighborhood  some fella who was  waiting in line.said he saw one  near his home.

I put Fall decorations up outside. Don't have a mum yet, but will wait a while. It's still warm here, and they're calling for 100 degree temps on Friday. I'll put up the inside decorations up prob next week. We had a nice weekend trip. We ate seafood on Saturday. I got deviled crab and slaw. It was so good. Sunday morning we had free breakfast in the hotel. There was a Dennys restaurant inside the hotel. We used some of our bank points for the room, so the food was free as well. We leave for the beach in 37 days.

Hi Darlene!  I am so worn out from our 100 plus degree days...I'm ready for some cooler air! It was 83* at 6:30 this morning, heading up to a high of 102* plus the humidity and no wind...I hope your Wednesday is better than mine!

I realized that video was filled in with other differernt people but it was one of the ones that were straight about  what really happened  .

I noticed  some had made errors .

Was nice here again but its going back to that humid warm weather , but it should not last too long. 

I got a lot  done since it was a nice day .  Its national waffle week .I do like  waffles  but you add that butter and syrup and up goes that inflammation.

A new week..have sure enjoyed the cooler temps. We will begin a warm up by mid week. Got the roof cleaned off earlier today. What a mess that was. The leaves started falling around mid July. Hopefully summer has begun its journey to a land far far away..and Fall will move in sooner than later.

Friends, severe storms moved through during the night last night. Very
close lightening. Thankfullly we did not lose power. Have a good new

Hi Darllene  such a beautiful day today. I edged the back and front Swept of the sidewalks .

Applied weed killer out in front.

I wanted to use my hose  and sure enough the darn thing came apart again  .S

So i had to repair the hose.

It is working   good again . 

Got my paint and had to do a few touch ups i seen .

I took a break to come inside and eat dinner. 

I had a salad and  chicken  and onion

I eat alot of frozen chicken >.protein. I study a lot of health issues  been at it for years and have  stacks and stacks of papers tons .

Same thing with the computer. 

And of course  my Biblical studies .

Tons of  all 3 . I liste to political talk duringthe day as im working in the house before i get online. 

I bought  4 heads of lettuce and i can make 3 big salads  with just 1 head.I fix it with black  olives  oregano, basil,olive oil tomato,garlic.

I make them in advance  and place them in the fridge.

I went back outside and i swept the garage and i went  to  dig up that plant that comes up yearly .

It comes up every year. 

Someday if you think about it check out them synchronicities.

It explains how we are connected  to some   other source in the vast universe.Everything in the universe operates on a frequency.

Our thoughts our emotions .It is very real.

i wasnt away long this time hun .

and i didnt go abroad ,my sister and i went to a little seaside place ion England for just three days ,with her son daughter in law and her two little grandaughters ,

had a real lovely time ,the two little ones are so lively and so much fun .

we stayed in the big beach house right opposite the sea ,we could see the sea from every window and listened to the waves bashing against the sea wall at night whilst going to sleep .

so restful listening to the waves singing the sounds of the sea at night .

my neice in law family own the the beach house and they also own a beach hut further along the beach wich we used too to get changed and make tea whilst enjoying the beach games we played with the little ones .

anyway hun enough about me ,
