I’ve started taking St. John's wort again (just as I did after Pilou died) to help me feel a little less sad and hopeless following the passing of my beloved cat, Pompon.
St. John's wort has a way of making me more or less "indifferent" to everything around me...

too you Rob is taking his time teaching me how to use my newer computer and he's being very patient also I still haven't grasped everything yet but in time I will I still have my bacterial skin infection and Rob is still taking good care of me the last of our order came yesterday afternoon so now Rob's hands sre protected when he's cleaning the area where I'm infected enjoy the rest og your night.
Sorry I haven't been on here much this week. Yesterday I didn't feel good at all. My stomach was upset and my sinuses were hurting something awful. Much better today and I've been doing some serious cleaning today. Had to take a break as I'm exhausted. I still have to put clean sheets on the bed and fold and put away laundry and hang the new shower curtain. Its 95 F here right now and feels light 99F. And it just gets hotter everyday till Wednesday the 12th. Then it will "cool down" in the low 90's. I'm so ready for some cool Fall weather. I hope this note finds you doing well. Our oldest daughter Kristen and her husband Chaz and the 3 grandsons are going to be here from Utah on the 14th and 15th. Just a very short visit, but it will still be nice. I'm going to be going to Walmart in the morning to get groceries. Monday we will be going to my husbands doctor appoinment. Its just a follow-up visit to the Cardiologists from when he was in the hospital in June. Then that Wednesday we are going to Amarillo Texas for his appoinment with his Diabetic doctor. I probably won't be on here much next week. Take care my friend.
