I am a 40+ female and I live in Indiana. I have 2 doggies, Max the mutt and Gretta, she's a rottie. They are my world. Bob is a big part of my world these days...he's the best! I'm working on my college degree...finally! I have been involved in animal rescue, specifically dogs for about 8 years now. I've volunteered at shelters, cleaning cages and giving hugs and kisses. I've also fostered and helped to find homes for about 20-30 dogs...yes you lose count after awhile. I do remember them all, and am blessed to have had the opportunity to have them in my life, even for a short time. I can't explain how rewarding it is to pull a poor helpless animal from a shelter, bring him into my home, and then find him or her a home of their own. I work for a roofing manufacturer and get to deal with people all over the country everyday. Never a dull moment at work!
