The Wizard Of Oz---watch it every year along with It's a Wonderful Life. Saturday Night Fever from my disco days--love the music! The Shining, Cape Fear, Saw. Animal House & Porky's---classics! American Pie, Final Destination, Close Encounters..., Twister, Back to the Future I, II & III (my son started watching these movies at age three, over & over again & promised he would build me a time machine. I'M STILL WAITING!!!) & A Bronx Tale (Robert Dinero & Joe Pesci--that movie was filmed in Astoria, Queens on 30th. Ave & 45th Street--my old stomping grounds---not the bronx!!)

Billy Joel--all time favorite. Eagles, Chicago, Bon Jovi, Bad Company, Eric Clapton, Fleetwood Mac, America, Bee Gees (DISCO!!!), REO Speedwagon. I also like to listen to country once in a while, but only in small doses!!! And Jazz because my son Christopher plays it. Classical too, cause that's what my daughter Danielle plays!

I don't have time to read as much as I would like. I started to read Angels & Demons around two years ago, I'm now up to chapter three!!! I wanted to read The Davinci Code, but I guess I'll wait till the movie comes out on DVD!!! UPDATE: The DVD has been out for a few years now... still haven't seen it, well, I did see the first 15 minutes of it but then fell asleep! I'll get to it sooner...or....later!!!

Well, let's see. I love to Roller blade, when I get the chance. Love to shop!!! CHARGE!!! I love the country & plan to move there this year. Upstate NY is so beautiful. Way up the mountain--that's where I'll be!!! I do love the summers too, so when I get tired of the snow, I'll visit my sister in Florida. I love listening to my music, especially on cleaning days---gets me moving!!! Warm, cozy nights watching a good movie is ALWAYS nice. I like gardening, but I have to be in the mood to start!

I've been a single mom since '96. I have the two bestest kids in the world!!! My daughter, Danielle is now 22, and graduated from The Hartt School of Music @ the University of Hartford in May '07 with a Bachelors in Music Performance. She is continuing her studies at Molloy for her Masters in Music Therapy. She plays the French Horn. My son, Christopher is 19 & is now a sophomore at Nassau Comm. He had WAY to much FUN up at Potsdam (at my expense) & his grades suffered so, he's back home to pick up those grades, & then, we'll see. However, with all his goofing-off, he still maintained a 4.0 in his MATH so that's his GIFT---GO WITH IT!!! He always loved math & it comes very easy to him. He'll be majoring in Math!!! I was alittle upset in the beginning because I missed the music...I didn't hear him playing anymore, he was my JAZZ player (TRUMPET), but, lately he's been playing alot of guitar & he's very good & now he's talking about a band that him & his buds are putting together & it WILL include some TRUMPET!!! YAY! SO....YES, that's how I got the name MUSIKMOM & I could not be More PROUD! They got their talent from 'my side' lol. I use to sing & play the drums, but that was many moons ago. I totally lost my voice & haven't picked up the sticks for 25 years! Me...I am a Teller Operations Specialist for a Major Financial Institution. I also sell Mary Kay. I am Italian, Irish & a dash of German, 5'4" with a few unwanted pounds, but I'm working on them!!! What happened to those days when we could drop ten pounds in a week! Yea, I know---the "AGE" thing. I'm 46 yrs. old, but don't act like it---refuse too! I have dark brown, med length hair & big, dark brown eyes, that look better then they work! I'm a LEO..July 28...stubborn, but lovable!!! I am very independant, financially secure,(that's because the two college's own my house for the next six years!). I don't have much but I am very proud of what I accomplished for myself since my divorce. I was told I couldn't make it on my own. I guess I proved them all wrong. It just made me stronger, & when I look at my kids and what they have become, well then, I know I DID A GREAT JOB!!! And that's all that matters!
