I love the old studio movies and musicals. On The Town, Singing In The Rain, Imitation of Life, Forever Amber, On The Waterfront. I find I do enjoy some of the newer films. World's Fastest Indian, In America, The Harry Potter Movies. My latest favorite is Memoirs of a Geisha.
MUSIC
All of The Beatles, Jimmy Buffet, John Mayer, Dave Gray, Paul McCartney, Nat King Cole, The Beach Boys, Snow Patrol, The Fray, Blue October, Patsy Cline, I am open to listening to any kind of music. I like all music not necessarily all musicans.
BOOKS
A Tree Grows in Brooklyn is my all time favorite read. I read it at least once a year. I enjoy the classics. I am a fan of Stephen King and Dean Koontz. Not much of a romance reader. I am currently reading One Flew Over the Cockoo's Nest.
HOBBIES
Spending time with my 6 grandchildren, reading, watching movies, shopping, listening to music, cooking (but not cleaning up afterwards), dining out
What about me? I am a full time stay at home nana with 6 grandchildren that are the joys of life. I've been married 30 years to my highschool sweetheart. I served in the US Army Reserve from 74-82. I am a quiet person until I get to know you, then you wish that I'll be quiet.
