To begin if you can make me laugh you will win my heart. I love laughing (even at myself).
I enjoy working out most of my spare time is going to the gym and trying to stay fit, no I don't body build (I admire those who do, but I enjoy eating what I want when I want), I stay in fit my lifting weight and going at my own pace. It relaxes me and the added benefits is it keeps me in shape
I retired from the US Navy (best and most memorable year of my life) and I strong encourage every young man or woman to serve their country in some way.
I also enjoy motorcycle riding, bike riding, hiking (I was stationed in Co and did my fair share of mountain hiking and natural walking).
I love the music from the mid 50's to the smooth love songs of the 70's and some of the 70's disco.. after that there is no other music...I'm not sure what today's generation call music.
